  • Game crashes after changing the settings.
  • Other Random crashes

You need to check whether your drivers are up-to date or not. To do this,

  • Open “Command prompt” from the start menu
  • Now, type ” Driverquery ” (without “”) and click enter.
  • Now, you can see in the results the date of last update of the drivers.
  • If the date is anywhere under 6 months from today’s date, then you are in trouble. You need to update the drivers immediately.

So, to update your drivers, we recommend you to use Driver Scanner.

  • So first of all, download Driver scanner from here
  • After downloading, you need to perform a complete system scan with it.
  • From there, you can update the drivers by one click.

#2: Screen tearing issue during gameplay:

Turning on Triple buffering with V-sync will fix this issue. However, if you don’t want to enable V-sync, then you may need to look for G-sync monitors.

#3: Green flickering issues:

The screen starts flickering after few minutes of gameplay. If you have enabled the crossfire, then you should disable immediately to solve this problem.

#4: Huge FPS drops and Lag:

First of all, make sure that your drivers are upto date. Generally, updating the drivers gives sudden boost to FPS. Also, set high priority to the game in task manager so that your processor works mostly on the game.

#5: Game download stopped at 99%

Generally this happens when the Download completes and steam gets stucked . This can be solved by restarting the steam. Otherwise, cancelling the download will help. When the game is stuck while downloading at 99%, just click on cancel and you’ll see the download success message.

#6: APPCRASH fix:

You need to change the compatibilty mode to Windows Service Pack 1 and restart the game. This workaround has solved the error for few people.
