#2: Game crashes on Startup Fix:

Well, there are certainly many reasons for crashes in a game. However, most probably, it is because of the driver conflicts. If you have encountered crashes like,

  • Game crashes back to desktop on startup
  • Game crashes after loading company logo.
  • Game crashes during the gameplay.
  • Game crashes with a black screen.
  • Game crashes after changing the settings.

If you have any of these errors, you might be having problems with your GPU. First of all, make sure that your GPU is capable of running the game. If yes, then the solution must be updating your GPU drivers.

How to update GPU drivers ?

To solve crashing issues, you need to do a clean install of the latest drivers. To do this, we recommend you the Driver Scanner. Go to this page and click on “scan for drivers”. You’ll be prompted to download driver scanner. After downloading it, perform a PC scan using it and update the drivers from the results by one click.

#3: Overwatch doesn’t start on clicking play:

Few users have complained that when they start the game, the game doesn’t start. Instead, it crashes there itself. Firstly, to solve this, turn off the antivirus and run the game. If it runs, then you have to whitelist the game. However, if that didn’t help, verify the game files and restore the missing files, if any.

#4: No compatible Graphics Hardware detected error Fix:

As the error clearly suggests, your PC is not installed with a GPU that meets the requirements of the game. However, if you do have one, make sure that you have installed the drivers of it. Also, if you are using a laptop, make sure that you have switched from integrated graphics to dedicated ones.

#5: DLL error in Overwatch Fix:

There’s a potential workaround that will solve any dll error. All you need to do is just follow the simple steps listed below and you’ll end up solving the error. This software we mentioned has a success rate of 99%

  • First of all, download Dll-Files fixer from here.
  • Now, you can perform a system scan for fixing registry errors (This is optional. Fixing registry errors can really help you at times)
  • Open “Install DLL files” tab.
  • Now, input the name of dll file in the search tab. The fixer will automatically install the file in required location and you can get back to enjoy the game.

#6: Controller Not working Overwatch Fix:

If the controller isn’t working directly when connected, you may take the help of some third party software like Joy2Key. However, there’s a probable workaround for this issue.

  • Open game root directory and search for “x360ce_x64.dll” file.
  • Now, rename it to “xinput9_1_0.dll “

If you don’t find any file, then download xinput9_1_0.dll from the internet and paste it into the game root directory.

Work under progress !!
